Stop and imagine quietly standing barefoot out under the open sky. Feel the sand
under your feet, a breeze tickling the back of your neck. As the sun warms your face,
listen for the sound of the wave breaking into shore. Breathe.
Everything in nature is made up of five elements, Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space.
They are the building blocks of the universe, as well as our bodies…everything is
created with different combination of these five elements, including you.
Our day-to-day environment, life stressors, unbalance us. As the outside world’s
environment changes, so do the elements within our bodies. Imagine if you could take

50% to reserve your spot (non refundable). In case of cancellation you will be able to use your credit during 1 (one) year calendar in any of our services. Other 50% needs to be paid 6 weeks before Retreat starting date.
(Feb.16th):
- Pick up at San Jose Airport, transfer to La Ponderosa Ranch, just passing La Ventana (Capital of Kite Surf!).
- Arrive at Ranch, settle in, stretch and meditation.
- Dinner.
(Feb. 17th):
- 7 am Meditation and practice.
- Breakfast.
- Boat excursion full day.
- 6 pm Yoga Practice.
- 7 pm Dinner.
- Boat Excursion, full day tour.
- 6 pm Yoga Practice.
- Dinner.
(Feb 18th):
- 7 am Meditation and Practice.
- Breakfast.
- Hiking in Sierra Cacachilas (beautiful scenery).
- Lunch.
- Jams / preserves making workshop.
- 6 pm Yoga Practice.
- 7 pm Dinner.
(Feb.19th):
- 7 am Meditation and practice.
- Breakfast.
- Free day. Lunch.
- 6 pm Yoga Practice.
- 7 pm Dinner.
(Feb.20th):
- Meditation – Closing.
- Breakfast.
- Transfer to San Jose del Cabo Airport.
All the activities that happen at the ranch daily are included to the guests, season fruit & veggie picking for the farm, interaction with the donkeys, egg collection, etc.
Food is made daily with fresh and natural ingredients by Chef Chiara Abente.
