Our Wellness day is a day in which we remove ourselves from our daily routine, so we can just be “ourselves” without any role or title.
We offer activities to work on the three layers of the self, mind, body & spirit, with the intention of making a deeper shift inside so you can hold on to that state for a little bit longer.
Facilitators are worldwide trained and have lots of experience in the field they work on. Our practices are bilingual.
Our Wellness days are based in different subjects, Equinox practices, Cacao rituals, Facial Yoga, Tapping, Sound, Movement, etc. We pick one subject and put together a day in which we explore each subject in the three layers of the self.
